Optical Drives Not Recognized

This is what you do...
Start the Run Command Prompt
Type in "regedit" without the parentheses then click ok Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Then SYSTEM
Then CURRENT CONTROL SET
Then CONTROL
Then CLASS
Then find {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
The whole thing looks like this: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1- 08002BE10318}
Then delete the upper and lower filters.... RESTART YOUR COMPUTER
